Just the word 'family' can foster a lot of different emotions and thoughts. Your journey in processing through those emotions are unique, so the support you receive should be too.

Caring for yourself and your relationships outside of the family context is an important step in allowing yourself to experience and manage the joys and challenges of becoming an individual. Asking for help to find yourself outside of your family roles can be hard especially if your family roles are blurry. Your feelings are valid and you deserve support.
